All information and data received from clients during booking process and all matters discussed during appointments is held under the strictest confidentiality.

 

Your data will not be shared with any third party institutions.

Please note clients MUST be 18 years or older.

​

Cancellations are not available only reschedule. Please book accordingly.

 

If you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment please inform me via my business email THEMOONGODDESSSTAROT@GMAIL.COM at least 3 hours in advance. In emergency situations please inform me as soon as possible. 
Your appointment will then be rescheduled. 
 
Recorded video readings will be prepared and delivered between 3-5 business days after booking has been made. 

Emergency recorded video readings will be delivered between 24-48 hours after booking has been made, however, allow up to 72 hours should there be any technical difficulties experienced.

Business days are currently Tuesday - Sunday.
