Full Blood Moon Eclipse in Leo

The first full moon of 2019 will occur on the 21st January at 5:17 am GMT in the sign of Leo and it will be a Full Super Blood Moon Lunar Eclipse!

The first full moon of the year is traditionally known as the Wolf Moon.

What's incredibly magical about this upcoming Full Moon is that not only will it be a super Moon (the Moon is closer to the earth making it appear brighter and larger) it will also be Blood Moon (a full lunar eclipse giving the Moon a red hue) in the sign of Leo!

This is the last eclipse in the Leo (heart)/Aquarius (head) axis of eclipses that began in February 2017 signalling a completion. Take your mind back to where you were in February 2017 and think about all that you have experienced, lost, gained and look at where you are now. I'm sure you would agree the level of growth within this cycle has been intense but well worth the growing pains. We are on completely different planes to where we first began.

For me personally, back in February 2017 it was just mere weeks after leaving a very stable, but, unfulfilling job. Nearly two years later, I am building a community whilst utilising my spiritual gifts... The Moon Goddesss is one of my visual representations of the Leo/Aquarius eclipse cycle.

The Full Moon in Leo will bring creativity, expansiveness, romance, passion and empowerment, all centered around heart space energy as opposed to mind. During this time you may feel playful and childlike.

Due to a strong aspect: Moon square Uranus you might experience an increase in the chances of unexpected fallouts. Leo energy will cause us to focus on ourselves and where/why/how we are not happy and this may in turn lead us to look at our relationships as well. You may feel irritated in general with all the Full Moon energy and some of your relationships may experience disharmony.

On a more positive side this Full Moon Eclipse energy could launch projects and you may find your ideas moving forward. Further more all planets are currently moving direct and there are a number of planets in the cardinal signs of Aries, Cancer, Libra and Capricorn - the idea and leadership signs that kick start each season.

The Leo energies are asking you to step out of your comfort zone, shine your light and inspire others!

I will be celebrating myself and all I have achieved (and even lost) throughout these past 2 years. It's been a doozy but I wouldn't change it for the world!
